Study Area

The following steps outline the planning procedure to develop route alternatives and ultimately determine a preferred route:

• Identify need for new gas supply and determine required delivery points.
• Establish a study area and define boundaries.
• Develop routing criteria/constraints.
• Develop an inventory of environmental and land features within the study area.
• Identify constraints within the study area.
• Analyze the study area by applying route criteria to identify possible route alternatives and determine a preferred route
