Opening an Account
Customers are subject to an Account Set-up Charge when a new account is opened.
The total to set up an account can range from $15.00 to $60.00 plus taxes, if all services are required.
This charge is approved by our Regulator, The Ontario Energy Board.

Closing an Account
Submit an account closure request online or by phone. You will need your Utilities Kingston account number, identification and your forwarding address. Tenants must provide landlord contact information.
