Ravensview Schedule Overview

Pomerleau Ontario Inc. contractor moves on site
Set up office trailers and parking areas
Install fencing and erosion control measures around perimeter of site
Install new Screens for removal of floatables in the Headworks building
Construction of new Grit Removal building including refitting covers on existing channels (Note: this may result in odours.)
Excavate soil and remove rock by drilling and blasting for BAF building and tank construction (Note: these activities will be heard and felt and may result in dust.)

Complete removal of rock at the BAF facility and for other buildings on the site
Various demolition on site to make room for new construction
Start-up new Screens
Start-up new Grit Removal equipment

- Combined Heat and Power Generation (Co-Gen) building
- Digester Complex
- Dewatering building

Upgrades to existing Primary Clarifiers

2007
- Start construction of new Biosolids Storage building
- Start-up Co-Gen
- Excavate for new Digester
2008
- Begin mechanical work for BAF
- Start first BAF cells (late in year)
- Start building new Digester
- Start-up new Dewatering equipment
- Start using new Biosolids Storage
2009
- Complete start-up of all equipment
- Start testing BAF performance
- Complete landscaping and restoration
- Ribbon Cutting and Open House
