can use our secure forms to open or close an account and submit meter readings. To
establish pre-authorized payments through your personal bank account, a form is available
for you to download and print.

OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Welcome to your new home! Now it's time to make an appointment to have your utility
services enabled. You can begin the process by requesting a new account online.

CLOSE AN ACCOUNT
Avoid a line-up and submit an account-closure request online. You will need your Utilities
Kingston account number, some identification (a Social Insurance Number or driver's
licence number) and your forwarding address. (Tenants must provide landlord contact
information.)

PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS
Just forget about it! Pre-authorized payment is one of the most-convenient ways to pay
your utility bills. Utilities Kingston can automatically deduct your payment from the
bank account of your choice, 21 days after the normal mailing date.
