When the proposed excavation extends over a large area and over a long period of time, you must provide relevant information describing the scope, scheduling and nature of the work. Utilities Kingston will make every reasonable effort to respond to requests within 5 working days of notification.

For emergency situations, request for locates will be provided a soon as possible.

Locates are valid for 30 days.
