Utilities Kingston has released the 2003 annual reports on drinking water quality. The 2003 reports show test results at
the Kingston Central Plant that serves most areas east of Little Cataraqui Creek, the Kingston West Water Treatment
Facility serving areas west of Little Cataraqui Creek and the Cana Well System in Pittsburgh District.
The reports are prepared in response to Ontario Regulation 170 of the Safe Water Drinking Act. "Utilities Kingston is
pleased to present the 2003 water quality reports to the community," says Kevin Riley, water treatment manager. "Throughout
the reports, readers will find useful information related to the safe drinking water provided in City of Kingston.
Copies of the reports are available from Utilities Kingston - 211 Counter Street, the 1425 Midland Avenue municipal
office and City Hall. There is no charge for a copy of the reports.
