BRIEF DOWNTOWN POWER OUTAGE PLANNED FOR JULY 7
Homes and businesses in the following general geographic area will be without power for approximately fifteen minutes beginning at 4 a.m. on Thursday, July 7,
2005, while Utilities Kingston crews upgrade the electrical infrastructure.
