HIGH WINDS CAUSE PROBLEMS THROUGHOUT THE CITY
Due to high winds, many Utilities Kingston customers in the City are without power this morning and can expect outages to continue until the winds subside. More
power outages are anticipated.
Utilities Kingston crews are currently evaluating the situation and restoring power on a priority basis. Crews are focused on restoring power today.
A number of traffic signals are not operating. If you approach an intersection where the traffic signals are not operating, treat this as a four-ways stop:
yield to the driver on the right.
Kingston Transit buses are also experiencing delays due to the trees and power lines down on City streets.
