Sealed Tenders plainly marked as to contents will be received (must be in the City's possession by Tender closing time) by the City Clerk at 216 Ontario Street prior to 3:00:00 p.m. on:

Wednesday, May 28, 2008.

The work includes approximately:

• 1,325 metres of NPS 4 PE MIP gas main, 100 metres of NPS 2 PE MIP gas main and connected appurtenances replacing existing steel IP gas mains
• Replacement and tie-over gas services associated with replacement gas mains
• Gas meter relocation and gas housepiping associated with reconnection to replacement gas services

40 working days to completion have been allotted to this project.

The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.

The prices include GST. The tender has not yet been awarded.
