NOTICE OF STUDY COMPLETION
O'Connor Drive Treated Water Reservoir And Pumping Station
Schedule B Class Environmental Assessment
Utilities Kingston has nearly completed a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for the implementation of a treated water reservoir and pumping station to be
located on O'Connor Drive, based on the recommendation from the 2007 Master Plan for Water Supply for the City of Kingston Urban Area. The purpose of this EA is
to confirm the preferred alternative and ensure that the construction of the proposed reservoir and pumping station, at an estimated cost between $8,900,000 and

This project is being planned under Schedule B of the Municipal Class EA. Subject to comments received as a result of this Notice, and the receipt of necessary
approvals, Utilities Kingston intends to proceed with the design and construction of this project.
