A friendly reminder the lowest electricity prices will be in effect on holidays for customers on the Time-of-Use (TOU) and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plans on Friday, March 29. Please note, that Monday, April 1 is not a holiday according to the Ontario Energy Board’s holiday schedule.

- You can refer to the MyUtilities customer portal to view your household usage of water, electricity, and gas. If you’re a TOU or ULO customer, use the information to shift your electricity use to off-peak times when it costs less.
- Residential or small business customers, who pay TOU or ULO electricity prices, can now choose to switch to Tiered prices. Decide which price structure is right for you, with tools, information, and videos from the Ontario Energy Board. Do you receive your electricity services from Utilities Kingston? You can switch your price plan using our election form. Hydro One electricity customers can visit this link.
