Every year on November 11, Canadians pause in a moment of silence to honour and remember those who have served, and continue to serve Canada during times of war, conflict and peace.
We encourage our community to participate in the City of Kingston’s Remembrance Day Civic Ceremony. Utilities Kingston will remain open on Friday, November 11, and we look forward to assisting you. Our employees will join in a moment of silence at 11 AM.

Time-of-Use electricity prices are per the regular time-of-use schedule, as Remembrance Day is not an Ontario Energy Board designated holiday.

To help contain the spread of COVID-19 in our community, access to our main office at 85 Lappan’s Lane is restricted, however, there are many alternative ways to access our services.
Let us all remember those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. The values they fought for live on - in all of us. Lest we forget.
