You can count on us. In the event of a utility emergency, such as a gas smell, power outage, or a watermain break, call the Utilities Kingston 24-hour number at 613-546-1181. Hydro One electricity customers in the west and east can call 1-800-434-1235. Enbridge customers can call 1-877-969-0999.
A friendly reminder the lowest electricity prices will be in effect on holidays for customers on the Time-of-Use (TOU) and Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) price plans on Monday, February 19.
Did you know?
- You can refer to the MyUtilities customer portal to view your household usage of water, electricity, and gas. If you’re a TOU or ULO customer, use the information to shift your electricity use to off-peak times when it costs less.
- Residential or small business customers, who pay TOU or ULO electricity prices, can now choose to switch to Tiered prices. Decide which price structure is right for you, with tools, information, and videos from the Ontario Energy Board. Do you receive your electricity services from Utilities Kingston? You can switch your price plan using our election form. Hydro One electricity customers can visit this link.
