Payment Options

Note: To avoid late payment charges, please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach our office by the due date. Any account which is not paid in full by the DUE DATE will be considered to be PAST DUE and subject to appropriate collection action, which may include interruption of utility service.

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

Banking

By Teller, by ATM, by Phone or Online - 24 hour access from your home - contact your bank for details. Please allow sufficient time for your banking institution to forward your payment to us by the due date.

By Mail

Simply mail your payment in the return envelope provided. Please make your cheque payable to Utilities Kingston. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us by the due date.

After hours

24 hour depository boxes are located at: 1211 John Counter Boulevard, and 216 Ontario Street (City Hall). Please do not put cash in the drop box.
